The Life of a Showgirl Release Party: What to Know
The three-day event, running October 3–5, will give fans an exclusive first look at the music video for lead single “The Fate of Ophelia” and feature behind-the-scenes footage documenting the making of The Life of a Showgirl. Fans can also expect cut-by-cut commentary from Swift, lyric video premieres, and plenty of Easter eggs for Swifties to decode.

Tickets are priced at $12, a fitting nod to the fact that this is Swift’s 12th album. Swift encouraged fans to wear their Eras Tour outfits — or even her iconic “orange cardigan” — and promised that “dancing is optional but encouraged.”
AMC Theatres is partnering with Swift again to distribute the event, just as they did for Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour, which became the highest-grossing concert film of all time with $261.6 million globally. This time, AMC will also work with Variance to bring The Life of a Showgirl release party to hundreds of additional theaters across the country.
The album’s arrival marks the latest milestone in Swift’s record-breaking year, which included buying back the masters to her first six albums and announcing her engagement to NFL star Travis Kelce. With a new album, new visuals, and a theater takeover, The Life of a Showgirl is shaping up to be one of Swift’s biggest eras yet.
