Supergirl Trailer

The Supergirl teaser trailer highlights a striking tonal contrast: vibrant visuals paired with heavier emotional themes. Alcock’s Kara is shown navigating distant planets, wrestling with loss, and questioning her place in the universe. The footage also delivers a buzzworthy first look at Jason Momoa as the cigar-smoking bounty hunter Lobo, signaling that this cosmic story will feature familiar DC faces alongside new ones.

Plot & Cast

Directed by Craig Gillespie and written by Ana Nogueira, Supergirl draws inspiration from the Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow comic storyline. The film follows Kara Zor-El as she embarks on an interstellar journey after an unexpected and ruthless enemy changes her path. Joined by an unlikely companion, Kara confronts vengeance, justice, and the deep trauma of surviving Krypton’s destruction.
